Biographical Notes:
Edmund Bacon began his education in Augusta, Georgia and then enrolled in the Litchfield Law School. By the age of 33, he was a very successful lawyer in Savannah. Due to poor health, he moved to South Carolina. He became a leading practitioner soon thereafter.
