Biographical Notes:
Hannah Billing Abbe was the wife of John Abbe. She was born in 1775 in Sommers, Connecticut to Samuel and Hannah Bradley Billing. After her married to John Abbe in 1789 Hannah resided in East Windsor where she and her husband had ten children during their marriage. Hannah was also a member of the Congo Church at Scantic Parish in East Windsor for forty years. On November 6, 1839 Hannah passed away.
